What’s Normal, What’s Not! Nappy Rash

Posted 336 days ago

Nappy rash is a pink or red rash made up of spots or blotches on a baby’s bottom. It affects about a third of all babies and usually starts at around 9 months. Most cases can be easily treated by leaving off the baby’s nappy for as long as possible and using a barrier cream. More severe nappy rash should be seen by a GP.
