False. Alcohol is a stimulant, so while it may knock you out at first, you’ll wake up once the effects have warn off so the quality of your sleep will be affected.
4. Lemon and honey better for a cough than medicine
True. There’s little evidence that cough medicine is effective. Honey will coat the throat and to reduce irritation.
