Hi,I do a Graphics course at Uni+I've gotta design an advertising campaign for Breast cancer awareness month. Through research I know that many people in the target audience for the campaign (generally women aged 40-60) read Pick me up. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the following: -What women aged 40-60 like doing (eg.where they like going out, what interests them) -If anyone has any ideas for a press advert that would encourage them to donate money to a breast cancer charity -Any adverts for chartities which you feel are successful
Any ideas would really help me Thanks, Matthew matthewgrocott@aol.co

I agree! Im due with my first in less than a week! I read this story and it upset me, Id hate to think that a midwife would just give me my baby without checking him/her first! My heart also goes out to the family, its amazing how many people actually call themselves professionals and do things like this!

if you are just trying to raise money for cancer ansd things like that why not try going to one of the village fun days or something like that and putting events on such as people in the stocks and chuck wet sponges at them. alternatively you could use a market or a supermarket which allows people to go into them and do someting fun which people can involved in and raise money that way. itis easier to remember which charity you have donated to if you do it that way. there are so many things that are done to help people with cancer such as the race for life, where people are getting involved and having fun at the same time. i dont know if this will help you but you never know. so many people i know have died due to cancer and there are times where iwish i couldve done more to help them and the cancer charities

bigger boobs? after reading loads of articles in magazines about boob jobs i think its really insane. I mean who would want to go through that much pain to get bigger boobs, i think people should be happy with what they have, my auntie had breast cancer and lost a boob and then when she was in remission she found she had got liver cancer too and it killed her, she was only 35 years old, im a 34F so i cant complain but sometimes they are a bit of a handful especially when trying to buy a bra as its so difficult to get a bra in my size. I think you were very wise to chicken out, unless u are really unhappy about them i would just be lucky im alive and have my breasts, there is a lot of woman out there who dont.

I am currently 34 weeks pregnant with my third child but usually i am a slim size 6-8 and i have a rather large chest that im quite proud of! I am a 32 DD naturally and although i have a small frame they look huge! I dont get women who would choose to have reductions any more than i get women who would have an enlargement. I think that it is a sign of an unhappy person if they feel the need to change themselves so badly. I have a few wobbly bits and stretchmarks but i see these and part of me and my story...i wouldnt change me for the world!
