I may stick around as you all seem a decent bunch! But anyway..... I was a 60 a day smoker and quit on 2/4/08. I would recommend you make an appointment with the local NHS quit clinic and request Champix. They are absolutely brillant! Don't be fobbed off with NRT and if you use champix and really want to quit you will be amazed at how easy it is. I live with a smoker and the only time I even think about a cigarette is when I smell his and then I don't need one. good luck!
